Karter Xu is a Brooklyn based animator and multi media artist with a BFA focusing on 2D animation from Pratt Institute. His work is a blend of counter culture and kitschy imagery. His work often incorporates a collage style, using collected footage to create a bold yet strange atmospheric feel to each short.
